  1. Ownership of Devices: You must be the legal owner of any device you sell through our platform. Devices reported as stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained will be rejected and reported.
  2. Device Evaluation: All quotes are based on the information you provide during the form submission. Final payment may vary based on the actual physical condition of the device after inspection.
  3. Pickup and Delivery: Free pickup is available across the UAE and is subject to scheduling availability. If you miss your scheduled pickup without prior notice, rescheduling may be delayed.
  4. Payments: Once the device is received and approved after inspection, payment will be processed within 1–2 business days to your preferred payment method. Any discrepancies will be communicated in advance.
  5. Data Removal: It is your responsibility to remove all personal data and accounts from your device before collection. If not removed, we may perform a secure wipe, but we are not responsible for data loss.
  6. Device Rejection: We reserve the right to reject any device that does not match the submitted details, is blacklisted, non-functional beyond repair, or deemed unsuitable for resale or recycling.
  7. Policy Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the most current version.

Can I receive a discount after selling my device?

Absolutely! After completing your transaction, our agents will provide you with a discount code worth up to AED 100. You can use these codes on our website.

Is it necessary to erase my data before pickup?

Yes, we strongly recommend wiping your device beforehand. If not, we’ll handle it for you using secure software — just make sure to provide iCloud or password details if needed.
